My name is Jitka, and I work as UX/Market Researcher in Seznam.cz. I strive to understand customers' needs and motivations and bringing insights to Design and Product teams. Being a psychologist, I believe a complete understanding of users' individual experiences is invaluable in designing a practical, understandable, and likable product. I believe in a user-centric approach for designing products and services and the integration of different data sources.
